This website was created to share our experience with Giampaolo Ienna and raise awareness about the scam we faced. Mr. Ienna defrauded our agency out of $10,500 invoice. He falsely claims that we are extorting him, but in fact, he owes us a service fee that he hasn’t paid. We have documented the entire situation, including evidence and email screenshots, all of which are included in the article as proof. We rightfully deserve payment for the services we provided to him.
Elegran Real Estate Salesperson
It is disheartening to learn that a person of such credibility has allegedly scammed a digital agency by supposedly opting for verification services worth $10,500 and subsequently failing to pay for them despite receiving multiple reminders. We will explore Elegran Real Estate Realtor Giampaolo Ienna’s story below. We also came across LETMEEXPOSE’s article that speaks about his fake paid articles.
Scam Explained in 4 Stages
-
01.Service Agreement
After agreeing to pay the service fee of $10,000 for the verification process through Media Portal, he provided us with his approval via email, following which we proceeded to verify him. -
02.Scamming References
He requested us to overcharge his references & friends who were interested in getting verified by an additional $10,000 in order to cover the service fee of $10,000, which we declined to do. -
03.Payment Promises
He consistently ignored our payment request, which clearly indicates that he has no intention of paying us. Instead, he continued to make excuses inspite of agreeing to pay once verified. -
04.Badge Removed
Despite our multiple payment requests, which he continued to evade, we have been forced to take action as a last resort and revoke his Instagram verification badge using our Meta connection.
1. How it all Started
In the past, Giampaolo Ienna published a lot of paid and fake sponsored articles to portray himself as a top NYC Realtor, despite this not being entirely accurate. An article was written about his fake paid investment in self-promotion as a top realtor on LetMeExpose. Our association with Giampaolo began through our sales guy when he expressed interest in obtaining a Twitter verification through the Legacy method ( as CXO of the company ). We attempted to verify him using his previously paid and fake articles, but the outcome was unsuccessful. As a result, he opted for the paid Twitter verification badge. Giampaolo consistently claimed to have friends and NFT projects that he wished to verify, offering references if we successfully verify him. However, his Twitter handle was rejected as it was not eligible for legacy verification due to his poor credibility and reliance on paid and sponsored fake feature articles.

After the previous attempt to verify Giampaolo Ienna’s Twitter account failed, he decided to pursue verification of his Instagram account instead. We established specific terms and conditions for his Instagram verification process, which he agreed to. Per our agreement, the cost to verify his IG account was $10,500, which must be paid once he is verified (A screenshot of the Terms and Conditions can be seen here ). After he confirmed with us through email to go ahead, we began our process to verify him through the media portal.
After three days, he finally got verified, and we asked him about the payment. He promised to pay us soon but then came up with a plan to deceive his friends and network by overcharging them through our service to cover his outstanding debts, which we will discuss further in Chapter 2.
2. Scamming Fraudster Friends
Giampaolo Ienna confirmed the verification of his Instagram account, and in accordance with our agreed terms and conditions, we requested a fee of $10,500. However, Giampaolo proposed that he knew a few individuals who might be interested in the verification services, and he suggested that we should offer them services and overcharge them and use his reference to cover his $10,500 outstanding fee. He provided us with a list of friends/references that he targeted for this.

- Eli Taylor-Lemire ( @elitaylorlemire ) : – Eli Taylor is a programmer and visual artist. He is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of POSH. Giampaolo refered Eli for IG Verification.
3. Forcing us to overcharge his Friends
Elegran Real Estate Realtor Giampaolo Ienna initially targeted Roy Nachum and Maia Pelosini Nachum, who had below multiple Instagram business and personal verification. Giampaolo assured us to pay by referring Roy Nachum ( who was desperate to obtain verification as said by Giampaolo ) and he can be overcharged by $10,500 so that Giampaolo’s fees can be covered. Throughout the process, Giampaolo advised us on how to overcharge them and set our quotes.

Unfortunately for Giampaolo, his happiness was short-lived when he discovered that Roy Nachum and Maia Pelosini were seeking to get verified for free instead of paying. Giampaolo was disappointed with them and described them as losers & Cheap individuals. However, he promised to compensate us by referring his other friends who would pay for the service. Screenshot attached below.
After getting disappointment with Roy backing off, he suggested that James Vita & Eli Taylor-Lemire are his friends who are interested to verify their IG and can be charged $10,000 extra to cover Giampaolo’s outstanding. Both James Vita and Eli Taylor-Lemire have good press coverage and can be verified at a reasonable price. However, Elegran Real Estate Forbes Properties Giampaolo recommended that they should be charged more than reasonale price to cover his own outstanding dues.

Giampaolo gave us instructions via email on how to charge more than the usual price and stressed that we should talk to him before giving any quotes or discounts to his friends. He believed that James Vitas, Executive Chairman & Founder of V.M.D Companies would agree to pay for verification services to clear his debt. We discussed with Giampaolo and then gave James a reasonable price for the services. James Vita has done dozen of Fake Paid articles too. James wanted a discount, but we had to refuse his request because Giampaolo asked us not to give him one. Giampaolo wanted to recover the money James owed him by charging him slightly more than usual. Screenshot attached below.
4. Multiple Payment Reminders
We informed Giampaolo that we are not interested in working with him to scam his friends or reference in overcharging them to cover his outstanding dues and request him to pay the dues irrespective of whether his friends opt for our service or not. He started ignoring our payment request multiple times. We also questioned him about the agreement that he accepted while opting for our verification services. It was a clear act of fraud to accept and asked us to verify his account, even though he was aware that he did not have the necessary funds to pay. He kept on ignoring our payment request for the past 30 days due to which as a last resort we have to de-verify him using our Meta Rep Connection.

On April 12th, we used our connections to remove his Instagram verification badge. We also have reason to suspect that the individuals Giampaolo Ienna provided as references to verify their Instagram profiles – Roy Nachum, Eli Taylor-Lemire, and James Vitas are fraudulent.
Dear Giampaolo Ienna, You ignored our below question in every email but still,
“Is it not fraudulent to accept and asked us to verify your account, even though you were aware that you did not have the necessary funds to pay for them? “
Hope he doesnt do any kind of Fraud or Compliance issue while working with Elegran | Forbes Global Properties.
